Well, it's officially been 1 week since I hit "Publish", which is longer than 5 of my last 6 relationships, but I've put way more effort into this. It's been a learning experience to be sure, but I couldn't honestly tell you what I've learned. Oh, my biggest fan is French, I did learn that. I also learned that I know shit about how Google Analytics work or how much I rely on stuff like key word searches when shopping for something to read.
Sales have been fine, I guess. I'm not setting the world on fire or anything, but I'm happy that it's being read. I'm not in this for the money, I'm really in it so that I can find out if I have any talent at writing because I enjoy doing it. I'm too much of an attention whore to just do something because I enjoy doing it, there has to be some way for me to get people to like me because of it. Character flaw? Maybe, but I'm totally real about that as a failing.
